This policy explains the delivery, refund, and permitted-use terms that apply to digital products purchased from Mom Parent ADHD LLC.

Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, all Mom Parent ADHD guides, workbooks, eBooks, children’s books, coloring books, bundles, printable materials, templates, and other resources are digital products.
No physical product will be mailed or shipped.
Please review the product title, description, format, contents, page count, sample pages, device requirements, and other product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Digital products are generally delivered electronically through the email address provided during checkout, a download link, a purchase receipt, or another electronic delivery method identified on the product page.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate email address during checkout and for checking spam, promotions, and junk folders if a delivery email does not appear in the primary inbox.
If you do not receive your purchase, contact us at team@momparentadhd.com so that we can verify the transaction and assist with delivery.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned after access has been provided, all digital-product purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
We do not ordinarily provide refunds because:
• you changed your mind;
• you no longer want or need the product;
• you did not have time to use the product;
• you did not read the product description;
• you mistakenly expected a physical product when the listing identified it as digital;
• you purchased the wrong product after receiving access;
• the product was not compatible with your personal preferences or expectations;
• you did not complete or use the resource;
• you expected a particular parenting, behavioral, educational, therapeutic, medical, financial, or personal result; or
• a promotional price became available after your purchase.
Please contact us within seven days of purchase if:
• you were charged more than once for the same transaction;
• Mom Parent ADHD delivered the wrong product;
• you did not receive access to the product;
• the delivered file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot reasonably be opened;
• the download link does not work;
• the product is materially different from its published description; or
• another legitimate billing or delivery error occurred.
When possible, we will first attempt to correct the problem by:
• resending the purchase receipt or download link;
• providing the correct product;
• replacing a corrupted or incomplete file;
• offering reasonable technical assistance; or
• correcting a confirmed billing or delivery error.
If the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, Mom Parent ADHD LLC may issue an appropriate resolution at its discretion.
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us within seven days and provide the name and email address used for both transactions.
After confirming the duplicate purchase, we may refund the duplicate charge to the original payment method.
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us promptly at team@momparentadhd.com.
We may request information reasonably necessary to locate the transaction, verify the claim, prevent fraud, and determine the appropriate response.
Any approved refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the payment processor, financial institution, card issuer, and other providers involved in the transaction.
Mom Parent ADHD LLC does not control the processing time of banks, card issuers, or payment processors.
Discounts, promotional prices, and coupon codes are valid only under the conditions stated in the offer.
Promotional offers:
• may be changed or discontinued;
• may have expiration dates;
• may apply only to specific products;
• may not be combined unless expressly permitted; and
• generally cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
The availability of a later discount does not entitle a customer to a refund or price adjustment on an earlier purchase.
Purchasing a digital product gives the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal and household purposes only, unless a separate written license expressly permits another use.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the product, its copyright, trademarks, illustrations, text, design, or other intellectual-property rights.
Digital products and files may NOT be:
• copied or reproduced for another person;
• shared or forwarded to others;
• uploaded to websites, social-media platforms, file-sharing services, artificial-intelligence systems, databases, or online groups;
• published, resold, sublicensed, or distributed;
• modified and sold or distributed as a new product;
• used to create competing products;
• used for commercial, classroom, school, clinical, counseling, group, organizational, or professional purposes without prior written permission or an applicable license; or
• made available to others through a shared drive, membership platform, course, workshop, library, or resource collection.
Teachers, therapists, counselors, schools, organizations, support groups, and other professionals must obtain written permission or an appropriate classroom, group, or professional license before copying, displaying, distributing, or using the materials with clients, students, members, or participants.

Mom Parent ADHD resources are educational and informational materials.
We do not guarantee that purchasing or using a product will produce a particular parenting, behavioral, emotional, medical, educational, academic, therapeutic, financial, family, or personal result.
Individual experiences and results may vary based on personal circumstances, how the resources are used, and other factors outside the control of Mom Parent ADHD LLC.
Dissatisfaction with a result that was not expressly guaranteed does not create a right to a refund.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or waives any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.
Where applicable law requires a refund, repair, replacement, cancellation right, or other remedy, Mom Parent ADHD LLC will comply with that law.
