These Terms of Use and Terms of Sale govern access to Mom Parent ADHD websites, digital products, services, and resources, as well as purchases made from Mom Parent ADHD LLC.
Last updated: July 1, 2026
By accessing or using a Mom Parent ADHD website, landing page, digital product, service, or resource, or by purchasing a product from Mom Parent ADHD LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Terms of Sale.
These Terms also incorporate our Privacy Policy and Refund and Digital Delivery Policy. Additional terms may apply to a particular product, promotion, service, or offer. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms will control only for that specific product, promotion, service, or offer.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our websites, purchase or use our products, or use our services or resources.
To make a purchase, subscribe to paid services, or otherwise enter into a binding transaction with Mom Parent ADHD LLC, you must be at least 18 years old, have reached the legal age of majority where you live, and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
If you purchase or use a product on behalf of a business, school, organization, practice, group, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity. In that situation, “you” also refers to the entity.
Adults may purchase appropriate resources for use with their children or within their households, subject to the license restrictions stated in these Terms. A child’s use of a resource should be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
You agree that the information you provide during checkout, subscription, registration, or other interactions with Mom Parent ADHD LLC will be accurate, current, and complete.
Mom Parent ADHD LLC offers digital guides, workbooks, eBooks, children’s books, coloring books, bundles, printable materials, templates, memberships, services, and other educational or informational resources. Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, products offered through our website and sales pages are digital, and no physical item will be mailed or shipped.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Product images, mockups, screenshots, sample pages, titles, descriptions, page counts, features, and other information are provided to help you evaluate a product before purchasing.
Colors, formatting, appearance, and display may vary depending on the device, screen, software, printer, or settings used to view or print a digital product. Illustrations showing products on computers, tablets, phones, books, or other objects may be promotional mockups and do not mean that a physical item is included.
We may update, revise, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue a product, feature, service, promotion, or offer at any time. We may also limit the quantity or availability of a product or refuse a transaction when reasonably necessary to address an error, suspected fraud, misuse, legal requirement, or other legitimate business concern.
Nothing in a product description guarantees a particular parenting, behavioral, educational, therapeutic, medical, financial, or personal result.
Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the applicable product or checkout page. Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed for United States customers are in U.S. dollars.
We may change prices, discounts, promotional offers, and available payment options at any time before a purchase is completed. Price changes generally will not affect a completed purchase. Promotional prices and discount codes cannot be applied retroactively unless we expressly agree otherwise.
By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize Mom Parent ADHD LLC and its payment-processing providers to charge that payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes or other disclosed charges.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, contact, and payment information. Payment is subject to authorization, verification, and acceptance by the applicable payment provider.
We may decline, suspend, or cancel a transaction when reasonably necessary because of:
• incorrect or incomplete payment information;
• a pricing, description, or technical error;
• suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
• product or service unavailability;
• a payment-processing problem;
• a violation of these Terms; or
• a legal or regulatory requirement.
If we cancel a transaction after payment has been successfully collected, we will provide an appropriate refund or reversal to the original payment method.
Applicable sales tax, use tax, value-added tax, goods and services tax, or similar charges may be calculated and collected at checkout when required or supported. You remain responsible for taxes or governmental charges legally imposed on your purchase that are not collected during checkout.
Payments may be processed through third-party platforms and payment processors, including Kit and Stripe. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to their terms, policies, identity-verification procedures, fraud-prevention measures, and privacy practices.
A purchase is not complete until payment has been accepted and an order confirmation, receipt, or delivery notice has been issued.
Refunds, digital delivery problems, duplicate charges, and related issues are governed by our Refund and Digital Delivery Policy and any rights required by applicable law.
Unless a product description states otherwise, Mom Parent ADHD products are delivered electronically. Digital delivery may occur through an email sent to the address provided during checkout, a purchase receipt, a download link, a redirect to another webpage, or another method described on the product or checkout page.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate email address and for checking your spam, promotions, and junk folders if a delivery email does not appear in your primary inbox.
You are also responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection, software, storage space, printer, or other technology reasonably necessary to open, download, save, view, or print the purchased product.
Please download and save a backup copy of your purchased files promptly. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Mom Parent ADHD LLC does not guarantee that a download link, hosted file, platform account, or third-party delivery service will remain available indefinitely.
Access links, download links, purchase receipts, and product files are provided only to the purchaser and may not be forwarded, shared, posted, transferred, or made available to another person.
A purchase generally includes the version of the product available at the time of purchase. It does not automatically include future editions, revisions, updates, expanded versions, replacement products, or additional materials unless the product description expressly states otherwise.
Delivery and access may depend on third-party platforms, payment processors, email providers, internet services, devices, and software that Mom Parent ADHD LLC does not control. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by those providers, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with legitimate delivery or file-access problems.
If you do not receive your purchase or experience a problem with the delivered file, contact team@momparentadhd.com within seven days of purchase. Delivery problems, corrupted files, duplicate charges, and refund requests are governed by our Refund and Digital Delivery Policy.
The Mom Parent ADHD websites, landing pages, digital products, resources, downloads, written materials, illustrations, photographs, graphics, logos, brand elements, product names, book covers, audio, video, designs, page layouts, and other content made available through Mom Parent ADHD are owned by Mom Parent ADHD LLC, its authors, members, affiliates, or licensors, as applicable.
Some products or materials may be owned by their individual authors or creators and licensed to Mom Parent ADHD LLC for publication, distribution, sale, marketing, or other authorized uses. Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as transferring ownership from an author, creator, licensor, or other rights holder to the purchaser or user.
The content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by the applicable rights holder.
Purchasing, downloading, receiving, viewing, or using a product does not transfer ownership of the product or any copyright, trademark, trade name, illustration, photograph, design, text, character, story, recording, or other intellectual-property right associated with it.
The Mom Parent ADHD name, logos, product names, collection names, slogans, and other identifying brand elements may not be copied, imitated, used, registered, or displayed without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Copyright, trademark, authorship, attribution, or other proprietary notices appearing on a product or resource may not be removed, concealed, altered, or misrepresented.
After a completed purchase, and subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, the applicable rights holder grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the purchased digital product.
Unless the product description or a separate written license states otherwise, you may:
• download the product to devices that you own or control;
• save a reasonable backup copy for your personal records;
• view and use the product for your own personal and household purposes;
• print a reasonable number of copies for your own personal or household use when the product is designed to be printable;
• use an age-appropriate product with your own child, children, or dependents within your household; and
• make reasonable accessibility adjustments needed for your personal use, provided that you do not remove proprietary notices, misrepresent the product, or distribute the adjusted version.
This license is granted only to the individual purchaser and the purchaser’s household. A purchase does not authorize use with clients, patients, students, customers, members, workshop participants, support-group participants, employees, or other third parties.
Teachers, schools, therapists, counselors, coaches, healthcare providers, organizations, businesses, support groups, libraries, community programs, and other professionals or entities must obtain prior written permission or an appropriate classroom, group, organizational, or professional license before using the materials with others.
Products may not be used for commercial or professional purposes unless a product description or separate written agreement expressly authorizes that use.
If a purchase contains a bundle or collection of products, this license applies separately to every product included in that bundle or collection.
Questions about classroom, group, professional, commercial, or organizational licensing may be sent to team@momparentadhd.com.
The license remains valid only while you comply with these Terms and any additional licensing conditions stated on the applicable product page.
You may use Mom Parent ADHD websites, services, and products only for lawful purposes and within the limits of the license granted in these Terms.
Unless Mom Parent ADHD LLC or the applicable rights holder provides prior written permission, you may not:
• copy, reproduce, scan, photograph, record, duplicate, or distribute a product beyond the personal-use license granted in these Terms;
• share, forward, post, publish, sell, rent, sublicense, transfer, give away, or otherwise provide another person with a product, download link, purchase receipt, access link, account credential, or product file;
• upload a product or substantial portion of a product to a website, social-media platform, shared drive, membership platform, course, workshop, online group, library, database, file-sharing service, or other public or private repository;
• upload or submit a product to an artificial-intelligence system for model training, dataset creation, commercial content generation, development of competing materials, or other uses beyond your personal licensed use;
• modify, translate, adapt, repackage, combine, or use a product to create, publish, distribute, or sell a derivative or competing product;
• remove, conceal, alter, or misrepresent any copyright, trademark, authorship, attribution, licensing, or proprietary notice;
• use Mom Parent ADHD names, trademarks, logos, product names, collection names, slogans, artwork, or branding in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization that does not exist;
• use a product for clients, patients, students, customers, members, employees, workshop participants, support-group participants, or other third parties without an applicable written license;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, extract, data-mine, copy, index, or systematically collect website or product content through automated means without prior written permission;
• bypass, disable, interfere with, or attempt to defeat a paywall, download limit, password, access restriction, security feature, or technological protection measure;
• introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or other material intended to damage, disrupt, overload, or interfere with a website, service, account, platform, or user;
• impersonate another person or entity, misrepresent your identity or authority, or provide materially false information;
• engage in payment fraud, unauthorized transactions, abusive chargebacks, or other deceptive purchasing conduct; or
• use our websites, services, products, or resources for an unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, exploitative, defamatory, or otherwise harmful purpose.
You may not encourage, assist, direct, or enable another person to engage in prohibited conduct.
Nothing in these Terms prohibits honest reviews, lawful criticism, commentary, reporting, or any use that is protected or permitted by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access, revoke a license, cancel an order, or take other reasonable action when we believe a violation has occurred. We may also pursue any legal or equitable remedies available to the applicable rights holder.
Mom Parent ADHD websites, products, services, and resources are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
Our materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent ADHD, autism, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, developmental conditions, medical conditions, or any other health condition.
The information we provide is not a substitute for individualized advice, diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, therapy, counseling, medical care, mental health care, educational services, special education services, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional services.
Although an author, owner, member, contributor, or other person associated with Mom Parent ADHD may have professional experience, education, credentials, or licenses, your access to or use of our websites, products, services, or resources does not create an attorney-client, doctor-patient, therapist-client, counselor-client, educator-student, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
You should consult appropriately qualified medical, mental health, educational, legal, financial, or other professionals regarding your specific circumstances. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read, heard, viewed, or received from Mom Parent ADHD.
Information relating to schools, special education, accommodations, advocacy, laws, regulations, policies, or legal rights is general information. Laws, procedures, school policies, and available remedies may vary by jurisdiction and may change over time. Such information is not individualized legal advice or legal representation.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any information, recommendation, strategy, script, checklist, exercise, worksheet, or other resource. You should consider the individual needs, age, health, diagnosis, development, school requirements, professional recommendations, and circumstances of the child or family involved.
Mom Parent ADHD LLC does not provide emergency services or crisis intervention. In an emergency or urgent safety situation, contact the appropriate emergency services or qualified professionals in your location.
If Mom Parent ADHD LLC separately agrees in writing to provide a specific professional, consulting, educational, or other service, that service may be governed by a separate written agreement and additional terms.
Except for any express promises stated in an applicable product description and any rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, Mom Parent ADHD websites, products, services, and resources are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Mom Parent ADHD LLC does not guarantee that:
• a website, product, service, download, link, platform, or resource will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every device or software program, or free from errors;
• all technical problems, typographical errors, formatting differences, or minor inaccuracies will be corrected;
• a product will meet every purchaser’s personal preferences, expectations, circumstances, or intended use;
• the information provided will remain current, complete, or applicable to every location or situation;
• use of a product or resource will prevent difficult parenting moments, improve a diagnosis, change a child’s behavior, secure a particular school outcome, or produce a specific educational, medical, therapeutic, financial, family, or personal result; or
• third-party platforms, payment processors, email providers, internet services, devices, software, or other providers will operate without interruption or error.
Individual experiences and results vary. Testimonials, examples, stories, reviews, illustrations, scenarios, and descriptions of possible benefits reflect individual experiences or general educational examples and do not promise that another person will obtain the same result.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mom Parent ADHD LLC and the applicable rights holders disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Nothing in this section limits an express product promise that forms part of the purchase, excuses a product that is materially different from its published description, or excludes any warranty, consumer right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mom Parent ADHD LLC and its members, owners, authors, contributors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:
• access to or use of, or inability to access or use, a website, product, service, download, link, platform, or resource;
• reliance on information, recommendations, strategies, examples, scripts, exercises, worksheets, checklists, or other materials;
• loss, deletion, corruption, or unauthorized sharing of downloaded files or stored information;
• interruption, delay, error, incompatibility, security problem, or failure involving a device, software program, internet service, email provider, payment processor, delivery platform, or other third-party service;
• a parenting, behavioral, medical, educational, therapeutic, legal, financial, family, or personal decision or outcome; or
• the conduct, content, products, services, representations, or omissions of a third party.
This limitation includes, where permitted by law, damages for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, goodwill, anticipated savings, or other intangible losses, even if the possibility of such damages was known or reasonably foreseeable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total combined liability of Mom Parent ADHD LLC and the other protected parties for any claim relating to a paid product or service will not exceed the amount you paid to Mom Parent ADHD LLC for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
For a claim relating solely to free content, a free resource, or general use of a website, and where applicable law permits such a limitation, the total combined liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.
The limitations in this section apply regardless of whether a claim is based on contract, warranty, negligence, tort, strict liability, statute, or another legal theory.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or any other liability, consumer right, warranty, or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Mom Parent ADHD LLC may use or link to third-party websites, platforms, tools, payment processors, email providers, community platforms, analytics services, social-media services, hosting providers, file-delivery systems, and other service providers.
These third-party services may include Kit, Stripe, Skool, Blogger, Substack, Google services, social-media platforms, and other providers used to process payments, deliver products, communicate with customers, operate communities, analyze website activity, display embedded content, or support our business operations.
Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms, privacy policy, refund rules, account requirements, security procedures, and other policies. You are responsible for reviewing any third-party terms that apply to your use of that service.
Mom Parent ADHD LLC does not own or control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, security, accuracy, performance, compatibility, continued operation, or handling of information.
A link to, reference to, or integration with a third-party website, product, platform, service, or resource does not necessarily mean that Mom Parent ADHD LLC endorses, sponsors, controls, or accepts responsibility for that third party.
Third-party services may experience outages, delays, technical errors, security incidents, account restrictions, policy changes, or discontinuation. We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of a third-party provider, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with legitimate purchase, delivery, or access problems involving a Mom Parent ADHD product.
When you make a purchase, subscribe, join a community, click an external link, or use an embedded third-party feature, information may be transmitted to the applicable provider as reasonably necessary to complete the requested transaction or service. The collection and use of personal information are further addressed in our Privacy Policy.
Questions involving a charge, purchase, delivery, or Mom Parent ADHD product should first be sent to team@momparentadhd.com. Questions involving a third party’s account, platform rules, technical systems, or independent services may also need to be directed to that provider.
If you create an account, join a Mom Parent ADHD community, purchase a membership, or register for a service, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You may not share, sell, transfer, or permit another person to use your account, membership access, login credentials, or paid benefits unless an applicable offer expressly permits shared access.
Mom Parent ADHD may offer free communities, paid memberships, subscriptions, discussion groups, events, courses, live sessions, or other recurring services. The features, schedule, content, access period, and benefits included with an offer will be described on the applicable sales, registration, or membership page.
If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method provided at the interval and price disclosed during checkout until the membership or subscription is canceled.
You may cancel a recurring membership or subscription through the cancellation method provided by the applicable platform or by contacting team@momparentadhd.com before the next renewal date. Cancellation generally stops future renewal charges and does not automatically refund amounts already paid, except where an offer, our Refund and Digital Delivery Policy, or applicable law provides otherwise.
Any price change affecting a recurring membership or subscription will apply only after any notice required by applicable law or the applicable platform. If you do not agree to the changed price, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Participation in a Mom Parent ADHD community or group must remain respectful, lawful, and consistent with these Terms and any additional community guidelines. You may not use a community to:
• threaten, harass, bully, intimidate, exploit, or abuse another person;
• post hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, fraudulent, or unlawful content;
• disclose another person’s private, identifying, medical, educational, financial, or confidential information without authorization;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, professional role, or affiliation;
• provide individualized medical, mental health, legal, educational, financial, or other professional services while falsely presenting yourself as qualified or authorized;
• solicit, advertise, promote, recruit, spam, or sell products or services in violation of the applicable community rules;
• collect information about other members for marketing, harassment, surveillance, or another unauthorized purpose; or
• interfere with the safety, operation, purpose, or supportive environment of the community.
You retain any ownership rights you have in original content that you post. By submitting content to a Mom Parent ADHD community, you grant Mom Parent ADHD LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, moderate, and make that content available as reasonably necessary to operate and administer the community or service.
Mom Parent ADHD LLC will not use an identifiable post from a private community in public marketing materials without permission, except where disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to a legal obligation, protect safety, investigate misconduct, or operate the applicable service.
Do not post information that you are not comfortable sharing with other authorized community participants or the third-party platform operating the community. Although we expect members to respect one another’s privacy, Mom Parent ADHD LLC cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information confidential or will not copy, save, or disclose something posted in a group.
We may review, restrict, move, edit for formatting, or remove content and may warn, suspend, or remove a participant when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or community guidelines, protect participants, address safety or legal concerns, prevent disruption, or respond to misuse.
Community access may also depend on a third-party platform. A platform may independently restrict, suspend, discontinue, or change its services under its own terms and policies.
Mom Parent ADHD LLC may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to a website, community, account, membership, subscription, service, event, product, or other resource when reasonably necessary because of:
• a violation of these Terms, an applicable license, or community guidelines;
• failure to pay an amount when due;
• suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, abusive chargebacks, or deceptive conduct;
• unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, distribution, or other misuse of intellectual property;
• threatening, harassing, abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive conduct;
• misuse of an account, access link, download link, or login credential;
• a security concern or risk to another person, platform, account, service, or system;
• a legal, regulatory, court, payment-processor, or platform requirement;
• discontinuation or material modification of a product, community, membership, service, or third-party platform; or
• another legitimate reason necessary to protect Mom Parent ADHD LLC, its rights holders, customers, community members, service providers, or business operations.
When reasonably practical, we may provide notice of a suspension or termination and an opportunity to correct the problem. We may act immediately and without advance notice when we reasonably believe prompt action is necessary to address fraud, safety, security, legal compliance, intellectual-property misuse, harassment, serious misconduct, or a material risk of harm.
You may stop using our websites, products, or free resources at any time. You may cancel a recurring membership or subscription through the method provided by the applicable platform or by contacting team@momparentadhd.com before the next renewal date.
Cancellation or termination of a recurring membership or subscription generally prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid, except as stated in the applicable offer, our Refund and Digital Delivery Policy, or applicable law.
Termination of access to a community, membership, subscription, event, or service does not automatically revoke a valid personal-use license for a fully paid digital product that was separately purchased, unless:
• the license is revoked because of unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, distribution, fraud, or another material violation;
• the product or applicable license expressly states otherwise; or
• continued access or use would violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
If a license is revoked because of a material violation, you must stop using the affected product and delete or destroy copies within your possession or control, except where retention is required by law.
If Mom Parent ADHD LLC ends a paid membership, subscription, or time-limited service before the end of the paid access period for reasons unrelated to your violation of these Terms, we may provide continued access for the remaining period, a reasonably comparable substitute benefit, account credit, or a prorated refund, as appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.
We are not required to provide a refund when access is restricted, suspended, or terminated because of your violation of these Terms, fraud, nonpayment, misconduct, intellectual-property misuse, or violation of an applicable platform’s rules, except where required by law.
Access that depends on a third-party platform may also be restricted, suspended, changed, or terminated independently by that provider. Mom Parent ADHD LLC does not control those decisions but will make reasonable efforts to assist with legitimate issues involving a Mom Parent ADHD purchase or service.
Termination does not eliminate obligations, liabilities, payment duties, or rights that arose before termination.
Provisions concerning intellectual-property ownership, license restrictions, prohibited uses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, governing law, and other provisions that should reasonably continue will survive cancellation or termination.
Refunds, duplicate charges, delivery problems, corrupted files, and other purchase-related concerns are governed by our Refund and Digital Delivery Policy, the terms stated on the applicable product or checkout page, and any rights required by law.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot ordinarily be returned after access has been provided, digital-product purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except as stated in our Refund and Digital Delivery Policy or required by applicable law.
Cancellation of a recurring membership or subscription generally prevents future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund charges already paid or provide a prorated refund for the current billing period, except where the applicable offer, our Refund and Digital Delivery Policy, the third-party platform’s rules, or applicable law provides otherwise.
Please contact team@momparentadhd.com within seven days of purchase if:
• you were charged more than once for the same transaction;
• you received the wrong product;
• you did not receive access to your purchase;
• the delivered file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot reasonably be opened;
• the download or access link does not work; or
• the product is materially different from its published description.
When possible, we will first attempt to resolve a legitimate problem by resending the purchase information, providing the correct product, replacing a file, restoring access, correcting a billing error, or offering reasonable technical assistance.
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, we encourage you to contact us so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. This request does not prevent you from promptly reporting an unauthorized transaction or exercising any dispute right provided by your card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, Mom Parent ADHD LLC may provide the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or other reviewing party with information reasonably relevant to the transaction, including:
• the order and payment record;
• the product description and price;
• the Terms and policies presented at the time of purchase;
• delivery, download, access, or activity records;
• customer communications;
• refund or replacement records; and
• other information reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute.
If you receive a refund, payment reversal, chargeback credit, replacement product, or other financial resolution for a transaction, you are not entitled to receive duplicate reimbursement for the same purchase.
Knowingly making a materially false payment-dispute claim, falsely claiming that an authorized purchase was unauthorized, or using a chargeback to retain a product without paying may constitute a violation of these Terms. Mom Parent ADHD LLC may restrict access or take other lawful action in response to fraudulent or abusive conduct.
Nothing in this section limits a legitimate right to question or dispute a charge, report fraud, seek a refund required by law, or pursue another nonwaivable consumer remedy.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to Mom Parent ADHD websites, products, purchases, services, memberships, communities, or resources will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable law requires the application of another jurisdiction’s nonwaivable consumer protections.
Before filing a lawsuit, you and Mom Parent ADHD LLC agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
A written dispute notice should include:
• the name and email address associated with the transaction or account;
• the order number or other information reasonably necessary to identify the transaction;
• a clear description of the dispute;
• relevant dates, communications, and supporting information; and
• the resolution requested.
Notices to Mom Parent ADHD LLC may be sent to team@momparentadhd.com or mailed to:
Mom Parent ADHD LLC
2890 GA Highway 212 SW
Suite A-280
Conyers, GA 30094
United States
The parties will have thirty days after receipt of a sufficiently detailed written notice to attempt to resolve the dispute informally before either party files a lawsuit, unless:
• immediate court relief is reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, infringement, unauthorized distribution, disclosure of confidential information, safety concerns, or irreparable harm;
• a legal deadline would expire during the informal-resolution period;
• the dispute involves an unauthorized payment transaction requiring prompt notice; or
• applicable law permits or requires earlier action.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, and except where applicable law gives a party a nonwaivable right to proceed elsewhere, any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms, a Mom Parent ADHD transaction, or the use of our websites, products, services, or resources must be brought in:
• a state court with jurisdiction located in Rockdale County, Georgia; or
• a federal court with jurisdiction over Rockdale County, Georgia.
Each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waives objections based solely on inconvenient forum or improper venue, except to the extent that such a waiver is prohibited by law.
Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in a small-claims court that has lawful jurisdiction over the claim and the parties.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from submitting a complaint to a government agency, regulator, payment provider, card issuer, or other body where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates any consumer protection, legal right, remedy, jurisdiction, or venue that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
Mom Parent ADHD LLC may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, technology, third-party platforms, legal requirements, or other legitimate operational needs.
When these Terms are updated, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through a website notice, email, account notification, community announcement, checkout notice, or another reasonable method.
Unless otherwise stated, revised Terms apply beginning on the effective date identified in the updated version.
Changes will generally apply prospectively. They will not retroactively:
• reduce rights connected to a purchase completed before the change;
• impose a new payment obligation for a completed purchase;
• change the price already paid for a completed purchase; or
• remove a remedy that applicable law does not permit us to remove.
A product, membership, subscription, or service purchased before an update may remain subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase, together with later changes that:
• you separately accept;
• apply to future renewals or future use after reasonable notice;
• are required by law or a third-party platform; or
• are reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, misuse, safety, or intellectual-property concerns.
If a material change affects the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, or essential benefits of a recurring membership or subscription, we will provide any notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law before the change takes effect.
By continuing to use a website, account, community, membership, subscription, service, or resource after revised Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law and after any required notice or consent has been provided.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using the affected services and cancel any recurring membership or subscription before the revised Terms take effect.
You may save or print a copy of these Terms for your records. You may contact team@momparentadhd.com to ask which version applied to a particular transaction.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Digital Delivery Policy, applicable product descriptions, checkout disclosures, community guidelines, and any additional written terms presented for a particular product or service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mom Parent ADHD LLC concerning the subject matter they address.
Order of Precedence. If different Mom Parent ADHD terms conflict, the more specific terms presented for a particular product, service, membership, promotion, or transaction will control for that specific matter. These Terms will control on matters not addressed by the more specific terms.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or modified as little as reasonably necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No Waiver. A failure or delay by Mom Parent ADHD LLC to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later. A waiver is effective only when made in writing by an authorized representative of Mom Parent ADHD LLC.
Assignment. You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written permission from Mom Parent ADHD LLC.
Mom Parent ADHD LLC may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, change of control, transfer of a product line, or other lawful business transaction, provided that the assignment does not eliminate any nonwaivable consumer rights.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except for authors, creators, licensors, payment processors, service providers, and other parties expressly protected by a provision of these Terms, these Terms do not create enforceable rights for a person or entity that is not a party to them.
No Partnership or Agency. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship between you and Mom Parent ADHD LLC. You do not have authority to bind Mom Parent ADHD LLC or make representations on its behalf.
Force Majeure. Mom Parent ADHD LLC will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disruption, utility failure, internet outage, cyberattack, platform outage, payment-processor disruption, supplier failure, or failure of another third-party service.
This provision does not excuse an obligation to provide a refund, replacement, or other remedy when required by applicable law.
Electronic Communications. You agree that notices, disclosures, agreements, receipts, confirmations, policies, and other communications may be provided electronically, including through email, a website, an account, a community platform, or another electronic method.
You are responsible for maintaining a current email address and for retaining copies of electronic communications relevant to your purchases or account.
Electronic Acceptance. Clicking a purchase, subscribe, register, join, accept, or similar button, submitting an order, creating an account, or continuing to use an applicable service after receiving required notice may constitute electronic acceptance of the terms presented with that action, to the extent permitted by law.
Headings. Section headings are included for convenience and organization only. They do not limit or change the meaning of the provisions.
Interpretation. Words such as “including” and “includes” mean “including without limitation.” References to the singular include the plural when appropriate, and references to a person include an individual or legal entity when the context permits.
Language. The controlling version of these Terms is the English-language version. Any translation is provided for convenience unless applicable law requires otherwise.
No Reliance on Informal Statements. A conversation, social-media comment, community response, email, or other informal communication does not modify these Terms or create a binding product guarantee unless an authorized representative of Mom Parent ADHD LLC clearly agrees to the modification in writing.
